Jade Property Management, Inc.’s only business is residential property management. Why Jade Property Management, Inc.?  The company principals have:

• Been involved with some aspect of the property management industry since 1984
• Taught property management pre-licensing and continuing education courses since 1987.
• Been active in the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors property management group since they founded it in 1988.
• Learned most of the “tricks of the trade” and have had a reputation for being fair but tough when the situation calls for it.
